What is Kinesio Care?

Kinesio Care is a new method of personalized wellness support that helps all kinds of people find mastery over their health. This method works through consultations, check-ins, private lessons and personalized programming, all individually created and modified in cooperation with Brian. Using the Kinesio Care method, we can harness the power of our own bodies and awareness as a practice of mastering our senses to the fullest. With as few as 15 minutes of dedicated practice a day we can develop health and fulfillment in our lives.

The best part of this method is it can be done in your own home or anywhere with minimal to no equipment. Work with Brian to learn how postural awareness, proper movement and holistic wisdom can become a part of your everyday life. It is also helpful to connect with others who are walking a similar path to yours. Look forward to attending fun events and outings where you can come together with others in a positive way! MONTHLY PROGRAM

Meet with Brian for monthly support and program development to help you achieve your goals and master your health and wellness. Each month, you will meet with Brian for an Intention Setting Practice, as well as a monthly Check-In Practice (Both Sessions 60-minutes). Practices include yoga, myofascial release, stretching, meditation, pranayama, calisthenics and strength training based on your program and needs. You will also receive supplemental materials and tools to help you apply the practices to your everyday routine. As a Monthly Program Member, you will also receive a discount on any additional sessions or services with Brian!

ADD ON SERVICES

yoga Lesson

Using the system of Yoga, practice finding stillness, awareness and peace. Join Brian in a personalized practice of conscious posture, movement and breath. Brian has been teaching yoga since 2012 and has developed a method that brings contemporary posture and movement perspectives together with the ancient science and system that is proven to help students develop self-awareness and personal achievement. With Brian’s method, any student can find improvements in physical and mental capabilities, optimized health and wellness, efficacy in action and so much more.

Strength Session

Strength training is a valuable component to a balanced and healthy body and mind. Work with Brian to develop physical strength and endurance for any goal, using modalities that are best for you! A capable body allows us to navigate the adventures of life without restriction. Brian began his journey in the health and wellness industry as a personal trainer in Chicago in 2010, where he gained valuable experience working with weights and other strength training modalities to improve the function and performance of his clients. He has since adapted a process that can be practiced with or without a gym.

MArma & Stretch Session

Marma Points, like Acupuncture points work with the energy systems of the human being. Using applied pressure, and assisted stretch techniques (like Thai massage) Brian can help you bring relief, balance and restoration to mind, body and spirit! There are many methods of working with the holistic model of health that are non-invasive and easy to apply either by the individual or with the help of a practitioner like Brian. Not only will you find relief from many health issues or chronic physical pain symptoms, but you can learn how to support your health and wellness through self-application of simple techniques to stimulate these points related to our inner and outer health.

Breathwork & Meditation Online Session

Meet with Brian for a 30-minute online Breathwork and Meditation practice. Brian will work with you to develop techniques in pranayama and meditation that help you balance your health and master your mind! As a yoga teacher, Brian can guide you through specific breath practice and meditation techniques that support any number of goals from fighting chronic disease and improving physical health to improving performance, mood and sleep! Bring these techniques into your everyday life and develop your meditation practice through regular guided sessions with Brian.


ABOUT BRIAN

Brian is a health and wellness professional with 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industries, who specializes in kinesiology (understanding human movement), holistic wellness and yoga. He has spent the last 7 years integrating travel and eco-tourism into his wellness business, offering destination yoga retreats and networking with world renowned resorts to bring unique wellness programming and yoga. His intention is to bring others into a deeper understanding of themselves through yoga, movement, meditation, connection with nature, travel and artistic exploration. As we all become more self-aware, we can come together as conscious communities that will support the further development of the human potential, in alignment with nature, oneness and peace for all beings.
