PRACTICE OR PLAY ON YOUR HANDS!
We will explore how to use various props (mostly our trusty hammock) to support inverted posture and movement. There will be a physical component to this practice, but will be available for any level of student. The class will however incorporate some conditioning to work towards free standing inversions so come in ready to feel strong! Don't worry though, the yogi side of Brian will also be there to show the softer side of inversions with a relaxing cool-down hang and meditation.
