Join AIR Instructor Brian Witten as he guides students through a special extended Aerial Yoga and Meditation practice, only at AIR in River North. This special extended practice will help us recognize and let go of stuck energy in the body and mind through an invigorating and restoring sequence of aerial yoga postures followed by a relaxing guided meditation. Fall can be a challenging season as we recognize the need to shed what no longer suits us in our lives, as well as turning our attention inward to reflect on what we hold most truly within our spirits. This process can bring up energies that are stuck or uncomfortable, and might even effect the way we feel and respond to others in the fall season. Incorporating a regular RESTORATIVE movement routine to your week can be very effective in softening the sharpness of this process. Lucky for you Brian is here to teach you how!

This Aerial Yoga practice + meditation will assist students in starting this process of focus and release, and inspire students with some simple movements and postures in a sequence designed and led by Brian.
