With this extended practice Brian will lead students through an optimized Handstand Training sequence including body awareness meditations, dynamic warm ups, core and upper body conditioning and more! Following a challenging physical practice to refine the skill of the Handstand, students will unwind and release the shoulders deeply with some awesome shoulder finishing poses! Leave feeling invigorated, balanced and ready to take on life from a whole different perspective. This is an all level class, handstand proficiency is not required for participation.
